        Harriet Bosworth was born in 1845 at Anstey. At the time of the 1851 census she was living with her Uncle and Aunt, John and Ann Cufflin at Main Street Anstey and by the time of the 1861 census, with her Cousin Eliza Cufflin at Head Street Anstey and described as a Shoe Binder. The relationship of Harriet to Eliza is given in the 1861 census as Niece.

        Catherine Pollard was born in 1850 at Anstey. In 1871 she was living with her parents at Wells Yard Church Lane Anstey and working as a Framework Knitter

Edward Pollard 1855-
        Edward Pollard was born in 1855 at Anstey. In 1871 he was living with his parents at Wells Yard Church Lane Anstey and working as a Shoe Finisher. He married Sarah Ann ??, a Dressmaker of Anstey and in 1891 they were living in Church Lane with their eight children whose ages ranged from 15 years down to 2 years.

Samuel Pollard 1859-
        Samuel Pollard was born in Anstey in 1859. In 1871 he was living with his parents at Wells Yard Church Lane Anstey and working as a Shoe Riveter. By 1881 his father had died and he was living with his mother Ann and nephew James.

James Pollard 1870-
        James Pollard was born in 1870 at Anstey but there is some conflict as to his relationship. The 1871 census lists him as the son of John and Ann Pollard but in the 1881 and 1891 census he is described as the grandson of Ann, so it may be that he is the son of Catherine bearing in mind that Ann would have been about fifty. He was working as a Shoe Finisher.

She was still working as a Shoe Fitter.

        Hannah Cufflin was born on 27 May 1855 at Anstey and although nothing more is known it is thought that she did not survive beyond the age of three as her sister was also named Hannah.

John Moore 1857-
        John Moore was born at Melton Mowbray in 1857 and lived at 'The Generous Briton' Public House in King Street. In 1881 he was living at the Metropolitan Police Station in Middlesex where he was serving as a Police Constable. In 1901 he was a Police Station Sergeant at Pinner Middlesex and was married to Kate of Shelford Cambridgeshire who was born in 1862. They also had a son John living with them who was born in 1887 and employed as a Railway Parcels Boy. Later they had a daughter, Amelia.

Joseph Moore 1860-
        Joseph was born at Melton Mowbray in 1860. In 1881 he was living with his parents and sister Harriett at 51 Highcross Street Leicester. In 1901 he was employed as a Foreman in the shoe trade and living in West Humberstone Leicester.

Harriet Amelia Moore 1865-
        Harriet was born at Oakham in Rutland in 1865. In 1881 she was living with her parents and brother Joseph at 51 Highcross Street Leicester which was the Governers house for the 'Old Borough Gaol'. The old gaol, next door, was at this time uninhabited.

Angelina Cufflin 1850-
        Angelina Cufflin was born at Anstey in 1850. She married Thomas Jackson who was a Shoe Finisher and they lived with her parents at 7 St. Leonard's Street Leicester.
        By 1881 they had moved to London and were living at 15 Francis Place, Middlesex, also living with them were Thomas's brother Alonzo Jackson of Leicester 1859- and William Bateman also of Leicester, all three males were employed as Shoe Finishers.

Reuben Tom Cufflin 1848-
        Reuben Cufflin was Christened on 18.5.1853 at Anstey Church and on the 3.10.1872 he married Emma Halliday at Leicester.
        On the birth certificates of his children, Arthur Tom 1872-; Charles Henry 1873; Angelina 1875-1897; Walter Tom 1881-1882 and Walter 1888- he is described as a Soldier. He died on 14.3.1921 at 47 Craven Street Leicester aged 68 and is buried with his wife Emma and daughter Angelina in Plot T/240 at Welford Road Cemetery.
